Signature cocktails such as the “Golden Hue” and “The Revival” reimagine classic whisky serves with unexpected ingredients, echoing the creativity found both on stage and in the glass. HOW TO MAKE A

GOLDEN HUE

Ingredients
  • 45 ml DEWAR'S DOUBLE DOUBLE 21 YEAR OLD OLOROSO FINISH WHISKY
  • 15 ml APRICOT LIQUEUR
  • 15 ml SIMPLE SYRUP
  • 22 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 30 ml FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • 4 DASHES FOAMER
Directions
  • Add all ingredients into a shaker.
  • Dry shake without ice to build foam.
  • Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  • Strain and pour into glass.
  • Garnish with an edible purple flower.
