About our single cask Aberfeldy \u2018self-fill\u2019<\/h3>\n

Our visitors have the opportunity to purchase a bottle of a unique single cask Aberfeldy, exclusive to the Dewar\u2019s Aberfeldy Distillery. Fill and label your own limited edition bottle of Aberfeldy from one of our \u2018self-fills\u2019, each bottle individually numbered. Every cask we open is different, so we never know how many bottles we are going to get, generally dependent on the cask size and type, as well as the age of the whisky, we can expect anywhere from 150 to 600 bottles. And when the last bottle is gone, its unique taste passes into history.<\/p>\n

Cask No. 21372 is an American oak cask, which gives a lighter colour and character compared to sherry or port casks. Bottled at 55% abv, cask 21372 was laid down in 2001, and was released from the warehouse in May 2018\u00a0with the last bottle being filled on 24th August 2018.<\/p>\n

A total of 203 bottles were filled from this cask.<\/p>\n

\nFragrant homemade vanilla fudge, and creamy caramel.<\/p>\n

\nA bitter hint of cinder toffee leading to a mild white oak finish.<\/p>\n

SPICY<\/strong>
\nNotes of dried chilli and fresh peppercorns.<\/p>\n
